How To Order

Ordering with Customs By Katie is a quick and easy process! After placing an order, a pricing quote will prompt an e-transfer payment. The next step is to ship your item to the artist and wait for your customs to arrive! For more detailed steps and instructions, see below.

Step 1

Select what offerings you'd like to purchase through the "Shop" tab on the website, provide the required info & checkout.

Step 2

A pricing quote will be sent within 2-3 business days through your inbox. Respond to the artist to confirm the payment.

Step 3

E-transfer payment for art to the artist to the provided email address. Then ship your item to the artist to be customized.

Step 4

Once art is completed, you will receive an invoice for return shipping. Once that is paid, your shoes will be sent back to you.

NOTE: If you are located in Toronto, local delivery or pick-up may be available. Please make a note that you are interested and work with the artist to coordinate.
