RETURN + REFUND POLICY
Our goal is to make your shoes exactly what you what. That's why we have a thourough process up-front to make sure you and the artist are on the same page before the art work begins. Due to the shoes being custom painted for you, we have a no refund or returns policy. Our high quality paint and sealing process ensures your shoe paint stays on and is kept as well as you treat your shoes.
SHIPPING INFO
First, you either order new shoes or mail your old shoes to the artist once your order is placed. Once the artist receives the shoes, they will begin your art on the agreed upon timeline. When the shoes are done, you will receive a final invoice for the shipping cost back to you. Once you have paid the cost, the artist will ship your shoes back to you through Canada Post. It is not the responsibility of Customs By Katie or the artist to keep the shoes intact once they have been delivered to Canada Post. That being said, tracking is including with shipping and packaging is done to ensure your shoes are delivered in perfect shape.
